To help us create the best possible learning environment, please take a few moments to read through our programme and financial guidelines below before completing your registration.
Understanding our Fees
As a non-profit community organisation, our fees are calculated carefully each year to cover the essential running costs of the school. Your tuition fee is all-inclusive, meaning it fully covers your daughter's core textbooks, classroom materials, and specialized student resources for the entire year.
Because our team plans and purchases resources for your daughter in advance, we rely on consistent fees to keep our classrooms running smoothly. Please note that fees are tied to your daughter's reserved seat rather than her weekly attendance; therefore, we cannot pause, reduce, or refund payments for temporary absences like family holidays or sickness.
To help us keep our budgeting sustainable, we kindly ask that all payment plans are kept up to date. If a payment is missed, we will reach out with a gentle reminder. However, continued outstanding balances may unfortunately lead to your child’s place being temporarily paused or reallocated to a family on our waiting list.

Age Verification
After payment has been made, parents will be contacted and are required to submit a copy of the student’s passport/ ID for age verification in order to confirm their child’s placement.
Our Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Our weekend school is designed as a structured, full-year academic programme. When you register, a place is reserved exclusively for your daughter for the entire year. If your family’s circumstances change and you need to withdraw her early, our policy is structured as follows:
Before the programme starts:
If you need to withdraw your daughter before the very first day of school, we will happily provide a full refund of any tuition paid.Withdrawal during Term 1:
If you submit a formal withdrawal form at any point during the first term, you will be responsible for covering 50% of the remaining tuition balance for the year.Withdrawal after Term 1:
If a withdrawal form is submitted after December has concluded, 100% of the annual school fees will still be due, even if your daughter stops attending.

I acknowledge that I am liable to pay full fees even if I withdraw my child out of the programme early or register my child late.
I will not share photographs, videos, or recordings of children or staff on social media or outside the school to protect everyone's privacy.

Sibling registration: regular rate (£650) + £600 (per subsequent sibling) + processing fees
